Become an important part of the gardening community by partnering with the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens as a volunteer. The gardens play an important role in meeting the horticultural needs of Louisiana residents and visitors from the United States and abroad.
We invite you to join the more than 300 active volunteers that share their talents with the Botanic Gardens at Burden. From planting fields and gardens, trimming rose bushes, building enclosures, running attractions, taking admissions to simply answering the phone, the property could not operate without the help of our dedicated volunteers!
