The LSU Museum of Art Digital Twin is a project to create a fully virtual copy of the museum for the purposes of exhibit design, virtual galleries, event planning, and more. DMAE Graduate students involved with this project are using lidar scanning and photogrammetry to create 3D assets from the museum's collections with an extremely high level of precision.
